TM  was chosen for its heat and wear resistance, low friction performance and high compressive strength. maintains very good dimensional stability between -40¡ãC and +150¡ãC or even higher. GCPITM can easily be over-moulded and machined to final precise dimensions.

TM seal rings are not inclined to break nor to get deformed which leads to quick and very easy assembly thus ensuring higher productivity.

GCPI
TM was chosen because it provides a much better sealing than cast iron and therefore improves hydraulic control of the transmission functions. GCPITM polyimide has a high resistance to hydraulic oils and keeps all its mechanical properties and behavior at temperatures commonly experienced in automatic transmissions. The low wear properties of GCPITM
also give a high level of sealing during all the life of the transmission.
