Seal rings made of GCPI^TM used in the oil pump and the active controlling wheel help maximize the reliability and reduce the oil leakage. Seal rings of GCPI^TM are easy to assemble, and this operation can be done automatically.

GCPI^TM was chosen because it meets the needs for sealing in CVT transmissions. It has low wear resulting in reliable operation in extreme conditions e.g. pressure up to 35 bar combined with speeds from 0-8000 rpm
